High School Christmas Concert

Preston and the whole first grade headed to the high school to perform during the assembly for all of the students!

Me and Olivia were so excited to watch.

Side note, nothing can make me feel older like sitting in a gym full of high schoolers with my one year old waiting for my first grader to sing.  On the year that marks ten years since I last sat in one of these assemblies as an actual student.

He's arrived!

I was seated way in the back.  Like nosebleeds.  So when the kids headed to the bleachers I headed down to steal their seats.  Then another parent jumped in front of the kids to get a photo of the whole group and you better believe I jumped up to take one too!

The kids sang "Santa Clause Is Coming To Town" and "Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer".  It was ADORABLE!

Preston kept pointing to where Olivia and I had been sitting and looking over there.  Poor guy didn't see that I had moved down for a better seat!  So when they were done I made sure to head over so that he could see us before we left and to tell him what a fabulous job he had done!

Santa heard the kids singing and decided to make a special appearance!

I'm so glad Olivia and I were able to make it to see our favorite boy sing!
