We do!! All the time obviously.
First we attempted to get a picture of the Preston and Mads together. That went well (insert sarcasm here). This time Preston wouldn't cooperate. Mads was on it, she was looking at the camera and had a huge smile on her face. But it was almost like Preston was intentionally refusing to look at the camera! One day, I will get both of them looking at me and smiling. One day.
We've already seen a lot of the zoo, so we were just exploring anywhere this time, nothing specific to see.
We saw the kangaroos. Both Preston and Mads were excited about them. For some reason I am always shocked at how small they are. I don't know why I always forget. They are just so tiny.
Then we headed to the snakes. For some reason both kids love the day exhibit. All the snakes and the turtles and the crocodile. It's a big hit amongst both of them.
Look how cute these two look when they hold hands as we wander the zoo!
We headed in to see the Komodo Dragons next. When they move they really catch the kids' attention. Preston thought it was like the coolest thing ever that they are dragons. He's so into castles and knights and dragons right now so seeing a dragon was awesome to him.
We didn't last as long this time. I don't know if it was because we are getting zoo burn out. Or if it was just that it was lunch time and I was hungry and craving a sandwich from Safeway so we needed to stop in time for me to pick something up. Either way we were out of the zoo!
