Preston's preschool class took their last field trip of the year to the library.
I volunteered to tag along.
We walked from his school to the library. Which was a little nerve racking. We had to walk along somewhat busy road. And then cross a very busy road. Meaning hands were held very tight.
Once there they had a special librarian time set up for the kids. They read some stories. Sang some songs. Played a few games. Preston loved it. Especially when he got the green scarf. He loves him just about anything green.
After the kids got to explore the kids side of the library before it was time for us to take off and head back to school.
The walk back was a little chilly. But we survived!
And fun was had by all!
